An eye-catching advice from CDCP says “There are 1,440 minutes in every day. Schedule 30 of them for physical activity!” True, 30 minutes of moderate physical exercise for at least five days a week is believed to be vital to save life, maintain good health, to refresh energy and fight diseases.  Exercise helps live longer and feel better. It improves quality of life. It can help maintain a healthy weight, delay or prevent diabetes, reduce the risks of developing coronary heart disease, hypertension and some cancers. It can also enhance mental wellness, promote healthy musculoskeletal (muscle strength, joint mobility and bone density) function and strengthen immune system. As such the benefits of exercise is immense.

Exercise can be any thing from stretching, walking, cycling, skipping rope, dancing and swimming running to weight training and others.  
 
So to enable you maintain your wellness through physical exercise, the Haddis Girma Continuity Foundation has assembled the following links of resources/videos that will walk you through the type of exercises of your choice. Most of the exercises are good to be done at home (even at work place at your leisure time) using your TV, desktop/laptop computer, especially during winter and summer when the weather wouldn’t let you to go out for exercise. You can download most of the exercise applications or access directly the links from your computer or mobile devices, i.e., smart phone and tablet.
